Typically my clients set up a five year plan for their business - with goals for each year. This is followed with six-monthly, three-monthly, monthly and weekly strategic plans.

This process is adaptable to you and your business. For example you may have a plan to sell the business in 12 months.Or you may plan to grow and expand your business.

You need to structure some accountability into your plan and a weekly, fortnightly or monthly call to report, review your progress and recalibrate your plans will help to keep you focussed.
